He will accompany you to the pre booked hotel and will assist you in check in process. Then he will hand over your tour related documents and will tell you about the tour program. After refreshment relaxes at the hotel either visits the nearby places. Overnight stay at hotel. Day 2: Chennai – Mahabalipuram (70 Km / 1-2 Hrs.) After breakfast, go for the sightseeing of Chennai like British-built Old Government House, Basilica of San Thome, the lighthouse and Marina Beach. Later take a drive to the town of Temples, sea and sand, Mahabalipuram. You will be accommodated to a pre booked hotel after reaching Mahabalipuram. Overnight stay at hotel. Day 3: Mahabalipuram - Excursion to Kanchipuram (70 km - 02 hrs.) After breakfast, you will explore the city of Mahabalipuram covering Krishna Mandapam and Arjuna's Penance, the Shore Temple, Kamakshi Amman Temple, Mahishasura Mardini Cave etc. Later Visit to Kailasanathar Temple, Ekambaranathar, Kamakshi Amman Temple (Parabrahma Rupini) and Silk Sari Weaving Center at Kanchipuram. Munnar, fondly known as the ‘Switzerland of India’. Upon arrival, check into the hotel. Probably, the most popular hill station of Kerala, Munnar is known to be blessed with abundant scenic beauty. The day is scheduled for a wildlife safari at the Eravikulam National Park, home to a rare species of a kind of mountain goat, Nilgiri Tahr. Embark on a jungle safari inside the national park. Once back to the hill town, explore the old town market. Overnight stay in Munnar. Day 8: Munnar Sightseeing After breakfast on the 4th day of tour, have an early morning safari inside the Eravikulam National Park where you can spot several exotic animal species such as Tiger, Leopard, Nilgiri Tahr, Indian bison and more. This national park is also known for owing a rich biodiversity with high elevation shoal-grassland ecosystem. Enjoy the wonderful weather and treat your eyes to the lovely lush views. Day 10: Periyar – Kovalam (250 km/06 hours) After breakfast sail across the Lake Periyar on a boat to view wildlife in the Periyar wildlife Sanctuary for two hours. Day 13: Alleppey – Cochin (60 km/02 hour) After breakfast enjoy the natural beauty of Alleppey while cruising across the backwaters. Day 14: Cochin Sightseeing After breakfast, you partake in sightseeing, visiting the popular tourist attractions of Cochin. Notice that most of the city’s attractions hold a Portuguese, Dutch and British touch in their architecture. The first visit of the day is to the Jewish Synagogue which was erected way back in the year 1568. The walls of the synagogue have been adorned beautifully hand -painted Chinese tiles in white and blue colors. Next, visit the oldest European church in India, the St. Francis Church. Visit to the church is followed by a visit to the Dutch Palace, also known as the Mattancherry Palace. This palace is known for its attractive murals, Palanquins and other ancient possessions. Thereafter, get all set to visit one of the most popular attractions of Cochin, the Chinese fishing nets. The evening is scheduled for enjoying a Kathakali performance. Overnight stay in Cochin. Day 15: Cochin - Guruvayur - Mysore (250 km – 5 hr) Early morning of the thirteenth day of your tour will begin with a drive to Mysore. On the way, you will visit Guruvayur. Check into a hotel after reaching Mysore where you will spend a relaxed night. Overnight stay at hotel. Day 16: Mysore Sightseeing After breakfast visit to Brindavan Gardens, dancing musical fountains of Krishnarajasagar Dam, magnificent monuments of Srirangapatnam will be on the cards for you. Day 17: Mysore – Hassan (Excursion Belur and Halebid) (150 km - 03 hrs.) After breakfast you will drive for Hassan from Mysore. On the way, you will visit the Shravanabelagola. Day 18: Hassan - Hospet (313 km – 7 hrs.) After breakfast, we will leave for Hospet. It's 7 hour journey by road. After arrive, Check into hotel. Overnight stay at hotel. Day 19: Hospet - Hampi - Hospet After breakfast drive to Hospet. Enroute visit Hampi is one of the few structures which reflect the blend of Vijayanagara and Mughal architecture. It has a distinct central dome and a secret stair to the roof. With eleven domes with a height of 10 meters it has a large front entrance (for elephants) and a small one at the back (for mahouts). Visit ruins of the Virupaksha Temple, Lotus Mahal, Pushkarni, Hazara Rama Temple and many more can also be visited. Late continues drive to Hospet, upon arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel. Day 20: Hospet – Bangalore (327 km/ 06 hours) After breakfast drive to Bangalore. Upon arrival check into a hotel on reaching Bangalore. Visit the majestic Vidhan Soudha, Tipu Sultan Palace, ISKCON Temple and Lal Bagh Garden. Comfortable night stay in the hotel will be on the cards for you. Overnight stay at hotel. Day 21: Bangalore – Mumbai (by flight 6E 196 @ 0800/0955 Hrs.) After having breakfast, you will drive to Bangalore airport from where you will board a flight for Mumbai. Our representative will meet you at the airport and assist you to the hotel for check in. You can relax there or get rejuvenated. The rest of the day you can spend in touring Mumbai city.
